EARNING POTENTIAL $31.00 per hour baseline. Overtime kicks in at 1.5x after 8 hours on a daily shift, with an exceptional 2.0x double-time rate for any voluntary Sunday coverage. REGULATORY ENVIRONMENT Clean, well-lit, and highly regulated food-grade production facility. High adherence to strict GMP safety and sanitation protocols.
