ResponsibilitiesManage endpoint lifecycles using MECM, Intune, and MDM platforms.
Engineer automation for administrative tasks using PowerShell coding.
Administer GCC High Tenancy and role-based access security.
Optimize virtual server infrastructure utilizing VMware and clustering.
Execute disaster recovery strategies and failover scenario testing.
Conduct root cause analysis for complex network and system issues.
Develop technical documentation and high-level project work estimates.
