We are seeking an Analyst II Laboratory IT Support to provide technical support for QC laboratory software and analytical instrument applications in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This is not a Help Desk or Desktop Support role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting laboratory applications, troubleshooting instrument software, ensuring GxP compliance, and maintaining data integrity across laboratory systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administration and technical support for QC laboratory software and instrument applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve software, application, and instrument-related issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
Perform backup and recovery activities for laboratory systems.
Coordinate with software vendors and Enterprise IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Support software validation, qualification, and change control activities.
Ensure compliance with GxP regulations, Data Integrity requirements, and company quality standards.
Maintain system documentation, audit trails, and configuration records.
Assist with software installations, upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for laboratory IT systems.
Experience supporting laboratory software and instrument applications in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated laboratory environment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of GxP regulations and Data Integrity (DIRA) principles.
Experience with software administration, user access management, and configuration management.
Understanding of validation documentation and compliance requirements.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and Enterprise IT.
