HVAC/ Plumbing Training Apprenticeship: Service & Install

Desired Skills & Experience

No experience needed! Looking for a career in HVAC or Plumbing, but not sure how to start or make the career switch? We offer a training program with escalated advancement opportunities, consisting of training levels. We pay you to learn and develop your career. Join Gibson’s Heating & Plumbing and start your career, not just a job. This program is beneficial for those looking to get into service OR install. 

• In shop training w/ a focus on hands-on learning with some classroom instruction
  • Introduction to tools, safety training, and broad HVAC & Plumbing Basics Overview
  • Focused training in selected field (3 options: HVAC Service, Plumbing Service, HVAC Install)
• In the field training (with instructor, technician, or installer)
• We will continue to offer continuous training for additional growth and promotion so don’t think of yourself as done learning or advancing

Location

In-Shop training is in Waterloo, IN
