Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated Assemblers, Kitters, and Fabricators to join a production team in Upper Sandusky, Ohio. This role involves working with composite and wood materials to assemble roll-up doors and related components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working with tools and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general assembly of composite and wood roll-up door components
• Accurately kit materials and parts needed for production
• Fabricate components according to specifications and work instructions
• Read and use a tape measure to ensure accurate measurements
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately is required
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
