Vita Chiropractic is a fast-growing, mission-driven chiropractic office in the Kansas City metro area expanding into a newly acquired adjacent space, bringing our footprint to nearly 4,500 square feet.

We are building a high-performance, multi-doctor clinic centered around exceptional patient outcomes, strong culture, and meaningful growth.

We are looking for a high-output Associate Chiropractor who wants more than just employment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver excellent chiropractic adjustments in an efficient, patient-centered environment
• Perform Reports of Findings and confidently present care recommendations
• Generate new patients through screenings, talks, referrals, networking, and community outreach
• Build patient relationships and retention
• Contribute to team culture and clinic growth
• Help scale a premier Kansas City chiropractic brand

Compensation & Opportunity

• $80,000 base salary
• Performance incentives with realistic earning potential of $115,000–$125,000+
