Full time versatile bartender is needed 35 year old fine dining italian.

- preferably looking for someone young, personable & willing to learn & listens well.
- experience as a bartender is a must
- must be sociable, and good with customers and coworkers 
- preferably local or familiar with the area and its surroundings.
- bar holds 8 seats for drinking and eating, mostly a service bar for the restaurant.
- person is encouraged to establish an outside clientele of people they know.
- creativity is also a must and willingness to do more than just bartend if needed. 

standard shifts weekdays 4-10pm; weekends 4-11 and sunday 3-9. occasionally must come in early for parties and most holidays. and also occasionally work past closing time.

- Person must have knowledge in making many classic &; basic cocktails, and they must be opening to learning more recipes & a cocktail list
- basic wine knowledge is a must as well
- knowledge of Italian food, culture and products is a bonus
- person must be able to follow rules set forth and must be able to follow commands when requested

- person must be fluent in english
- person must be able to take orders, recite daily specials, work well with others ; willing to clean up and maintain the bar & bottles; prepare fresh juices/syrups ;other common practices required for the job.
- person must be able to physically work long hours on feet.

- worker must also maintain a good personal hygiene and present themselves well in front of customers and peers.

- organizational & cleanliness skills are a must as work stations must be maintained at all times.

- the pay is daily tips based + minimum salaried wages.

- must be occasionally available for calling to come in early on weekdays and work party's & on holidays when needed.
