Salary:
$17.50/hr
Monday – Friday 11:30am – 8:00pm
Must work one Saturday a month

Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a Billing Specialist to join our long-term care pharmacy team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our pharmacy, nursing facilities, and patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with patients to determine insurance eligibility.
• Accurately process changes to resident profiles.
• Admit new residents to the correct nursing facilities in a prompt manner.
• Research and resolve client billing problems or issues.
• Ability to be customer centric and provide exceptional service to clients

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel).
• Excellent customer service skills and phone manner.
• Previous medical billing experience required.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Advanced data entry skills and strong organizational skills.
