Communicating with the care team and documenting care tasks using our caregiving app

Documentation Expectations

Accurate documentation is an essential part of providing safe, high-quality care. Caregivers are required to complete detailed shift notes in our caregiving app at the end of every visit, documenting the care provided, the client’s condition, and any changes observed.

Clear documentation helps ensure continuity of care between caregivers and keeps families and the care team informed.
