Caregiver / CHHA Needed – Immediate Start (Morristown, NJ)

We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide high-quality care for a client in Morristown, NJ. This position is available for immediate start.

Position Details:

• Location: Morristown, NJ
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay: $265 per day
• Schedule: Full-time (details to be discussed)

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care for a client with dementia
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Medication reminders and monitoring
• Meal preparation and assistance with feeding if needed
• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, maintaining a safe environment)
• Companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report any changes in condition
• Transportation to appointments, errands, or outings as needed

Requirements:

• Active CHHA license in New Jersey (required)
• Proven experience caring for clients with dementia or memory-related conditions
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be comfortable driving the client
• Background check 
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobility assistance and fall prevention
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors associated with dementia
