CNC Machine Operator

• Allentown, PA1st & 2nd Shift Available

• Up to $28.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are working with a leading metal manufacturing company based in Allentown, PA, currently recruiting for a CNC Machine Operator to join their team across 1st and 2nd shifts. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive hourly rates up to $23.00 per hour, along with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and ongoing training and development.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Load and unload parts into CNC machines
• Operate production machinery to maintain quality and output targets
• Monitor machines for issues and report any malfunctions
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to check part quality
• Complete basic finishing tasks including deburring, cleaning, and packaging
• Follow production schedules and work orders
• Record production data in ERP systems or production sheets
• Support general housekeeping, safety, and continuous improvement activities
• Carry out basic preventative maintenance on equipment

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred but not essential
• Basic understanding of CNC or machining processes is advantageous
• Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment
