The role involves supporting and scaling intricate, consultative sales cycles, particularly within the telecom, 5G, or industrial infrastructure arenas, and transforming pilot programs into successful commercial outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing and optimizing sales operations infrastructure, including CRM, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting. The role necessitates close collaboration with sales and engineering teams to convert pilots and trials into revenue-generating opportunities, as well as coordinating Field Application Engineers (FAEs) for technical evaluations and deployments.
