As a Facilities Technician, you will maintain and repair all store equipment and execute environmental compliance programs. Your role involves completing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and performing assigned maintenance activities to ensure our stores continue delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
This position offers a long-term opportunity with a contract-to-hire path. After conversion, employees can expect 3 weeks of Paid Time Off after the first 30 days, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, a quarterly bonus, 401K & Employee Stock Ownership, as well as a uniform and boot allowance. Company-provided tools and supplies enhance the work experience.
Work Environment
The position operates on the 1st shift from 6 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed, totaling approximately 50 hours a week. It is a mobile role requiring travel within a 1-2 mile radius of Harrisburg, PA, with work conducted in active stores among customers.
