Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in design or a closely related discipline.
• We are looking for 5–7 years of experience as a designer, either within an in-house marketing team or at an agency.
• We need a portfolio that showcases strong contemporary design work, including editorial layouts, print, static and animated paid media, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• We expect advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with project management tools such as Asana.
• We value strong organizational ability to juggle multiple assignments and deadlines.
• We look for excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• We also value a sharp attention to detail, strong typography and layout abilities, a systems-oriented mindset, adaptability, and confidence in solving problems.

• We create compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, email, video, and presentations.
• We partner with creative directors, marketers, writers, and project managers to turn strategic objectives into effective design solutions.
• We develop concepts and carry them through from initial idea to final production.
• We manage several projects at once while balancing priorities in a fast-moving creative environment.
• We maintain and refine brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
• We prepare production-ready files and assist with final production when needed.
• We stay informed on design, culture, technology, and emerging trends.
• We use emerging creative technologies, including AI, to strengthen creativity and improve workflows.
