Answer phones, handle reservations, and assist with takeout or general front‑of‑house inquiries. Maintain a clean, organized host station and entrance area; assist with side work as needed during shifts. Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure a smooth guest experience during peak sports events and busy service periods. Skills & Qualifications Qualifications Required Friendly, outgoing demeanor with strong customer service skills. Reliable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays (typical restaurant peak hours). Basic communication and organizational skills; comfortable using a tablet or POS/reservation system. Ability to stand and move for extended periods and to navigate a busy dining room safely. Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass background checks as required. Preferred Previous experience as a host, hostess, or in customer service, especially in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Familiarity with reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable) or POS systems. Bilingual ability (Spanish/English) to better serve our East Valley guests. Willingness to obtain food safety or responsible alcohol service certification if requested.
