About the Junior Data Analyst Role

The Junior Data Analyst will support the organization's digital and e-commerce initiatives by transforming data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. Reporting to a Senior Analyst and working closely with leadership, this role will help monitor performance, create reports, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives. The position offers exposure to multiple areas of the business and the opportunity to work with a variety of data sources and analytical tools. Role Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple business sources.
  • Create recurring and ad hoc reports to support business decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends or anomalies.
  • Assist with dashboard development and reporting initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
  • Support data quality, validation, and accuracy efforts.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement and analytical projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field from an accredited four-year institution.
  • At least six months of data analysis, reporting, or related experience, including internships.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exposure to SQL, Tableau, or Python is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
