Position:  Housekeeper / After-School Nanny (Live-In)
Location: Fremont, CA
Schedule: Approximately 35-40 hours per week; schedule varies depending on custody (later hours required on weeks with daughter)
Compensation: $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience + gas reimbursement for driving duties

Position Summary

This is a dynamic, dual-role position combining hands-on housekeeping with after-school care and support for a pre-teen. The schedule and workload will vary depending on whether the father has his daughter that week—requiring more childcare support and later hours during those times, and more household-focused responsibilities during off weeks.

The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, nurturing, and proactive—someone who can seamlessly shift between managing the home and supporting the daughter’s daily routine.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping Duties:

  • General light cleaning and daily upkeep of the home
  • Making beds and maintaining organized living spaces
  • Kitchen maintenance, including dishes and tidying
  • Laundry, folding, and organizing clothing
  • Simple, healthy meal preparation

Childcare & Family Support:

  • School pick-up and driving to after-school activities
  • Supporting and maintaining the child’s daily routine
  • Providing a safe, responsible, and engaging environment
  • Assisting with basic needs and supervision appropriate for a 12-year-old
