Job Description

Are you passionate about travel and creating unforgettable experiences for others? We are seeking a remote Dream Vacation Designer to plan personalized trips and craft itineraries that turn travel aspirations into reality. This position is open to candidates based in Phoenix, Arizona; work is fully remote and flexible, with coordination across U.S. time zones, including Mountain Standard Time, as required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design customized travel experiences based on client preferences, including cruises, resorts, and destination-specific itineraries.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel options.
  • Handle bookings, reservations, and travel logistics accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, or video calls, maintaining professional and timely correspondence.
  • Stay current on travel trends, promotions, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
