choox is seeking a highly organized and versatile Marketing & Events Coordinator to serve as an operational backbone for our marketing team. This role blends hands-on project coordination with event execution — keeping marketing initiatives on track, tracking budgets, and ensuring that marketing programs and events Schoox attends or hosts run smoothly and deliver measurable results.
This is an execution role. You will be the person who makes things happen - managing timelines, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors, tracking spending against budget, and keeping marketing program and event logistics running from planning through results. You will also support broader marketing operations including material management, campaign coordination, and vendor management.
This position reports directly to the Head of Demand Generation and works cross-functionally within marketing to ensure programs as executing as planned.
