MIG Welder

Join a modern manufacturing team building conveyor systems used by leading e-commerce and distribution companies. We're seeking experienced MIG Welders who take pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform MIG welding on carbon steel parts and assemblies
• Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and weld symbols
• Complete fit-up and fabrication of components to specification
• Use tape measures, calipers, and other gauges to verify quality
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Work with teammates to meet production and quality goals
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of MIG welding experience
• Experience welding carbon steel in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
• Strong measuring and math skills, including reading a tape measure to 1/16"
• Experience with fabrication, fit-up, and common shop tools
• High school diploma or GED
• Welding certification or technical training preferred
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work any shift as needed

Preferred Experience

• Robotic welding
• Flux core, TIG, stick, or arc welding
• Structural steel, sheet metal, or mild steel fabrication
• Jig and fixture building

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

The pay range for this position is $47800.00 - $54080.00/yr.
