Job Description

All Care Therapies is currently seeking a  Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in a dynamic  outpatient clinic in Pahrump NV! We are looking for a clinician to deliver compassionate care to our  pediatric  patients contribute to the multidisciplinary team and collaborate with families to deliver a plan of care.

Offering up to a $5000 sign on / relocation bonus! 

Responsibilities

• Treat pediatric patients by using therapeutic and self-care activities designed to improve function under the direction of the licensed occupational therapist (OTR)
• Monitor a pediatric patients activities to make sure they are performing them correctly and to offer encouragement and instruction
• Contribute to meetings and case conferences to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care plans for patients
• Verifies client information by interviewing client reviewing and recording medical history confirming purpose of treatment
• Maintains pediatric patients occupational therapy records by recording clients progress for use by the occupational therapist
• Maintains safe secure and healthy work environment by establishing following and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
• Serves and protects the occupational therapy practice by adhering to professional standards policies and procedures federal state and local requirements

Qualifications :

• Current NV Occupational Therapy Assistant license required
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current CPR certification
• At least one year of pediatric experience is preferred but not required
• Willingness to participate in continued education courses

Compensation 

$30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Additional Information :

Hours:  M-F from 10:00 am-6:30 pm or 4 10s from 8:00 am-6:30pm PST

Job Type: W2 -  Full time to work 40 hours per week; can accommodate a reduced schedule
