I went into pediatrics to care for kids. I run my practice to protect the clinicians who still do. We need another pediatric APRN.

East Lake Pediatrics is PCMH-certified, physician-led, and in our 21st year, with three locations in Oldsmar, Palm Harbor, and Trinity. Five physicians, four APRNs, an in-house LCSW, CLIA-certified labs at every site, and a team that knows what it is doing.

Here is what the role looks like. Monday through Friday clinic with no evening or weekend hours. An established practice with real patient demand, so you ramp into a full schedule rather than build one from scratch. Full MA and nursing support on the floor with you. Physician colleagues on-site for consultation on complex cases. An in-house LCSW handling behavioral health referrals so they do not sit on your plate.

I built this practice on purpose. You cannot protect a clinician by working her harder. This is the version that works.
