Welder & Fabricator – Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $25–$35/hr (OT at 1.5x)

About the Role

Seeking a  MIG Welder/Fabricator to support structural steel work and repairs for industries such as oil & gas, construction, and wind. Work includes beams, pipe, trailers, and custom fabrication.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding on structural steel and pipe
• Trailer and structural steel repairs
• Occasional TIG welding on small projects
• Light fabrication work and reading drawings (preferred)

Requirements

Must Have:

• Strong MIG welding skills
• Ability to weld steel pipe
• Reliable and quality‑focused work

Nice to Have:

• TIG welding
• Blueprint reading
• General fabrication experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cheyenne, WY.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
