Practice Manager
Location: Odessa & Lubbock, TX
Compensation: $75,000–$100,000 base + quarterly bonus tied to Net Operating Income targets
About the Role
Our client is seeking a hands-on Practice Manager to lead clinic operations across Odessa and Lubbock while supporting West Texas operations. This organization is committed to providing an uncommon level of service to uninsured and underinsured patients navigating complex injuries, pain management, and specialty care.
This role is ideal for a leader who believes healthcare should feel organized, responsive, respectful, and patient-centered. The Practice Manager will oversee clinic teams, support providers, improve operational flow, and help create a workplace where employees feel supported and patients feel confident in their care.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead daily operations across the Odessa and Lubbock clinics
• Support providers, clinic staff, care coordination, scheduling, and leadership
• Oversee patient check-in, check-out, intake, scheduling, referrals, and follow-up
• Monitor patient flow and remove barriers that slow down care
• Coach, train, and support clinic team members
• Manage provider schedules in the EHR and support efficient clinic operations
• Review referrals and scheduling activity to support timely patient care
• Partner with physician liaisons, surgery scheduling, and leadership to support service quality and patient volume
• Ensure clinic documentation, compliance, payroll, PTO, safety, and operational processes are completed accurately
• Coordinate clinic supplies, vendors, maintenance, records, and administrative needs
• Help improve workflows and solve recurring operational issues
• Lead a multi-site clinic environment across West Texas
What You Bring:
• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish required
• Healthcare operations, clinic management, medical office management, or practice administration experience strongly preferred
• Experience leading frontline healthcare teams preferred
• Experience with EHR systems required
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, email, scheduling systems, and reporting tools
• Ability to travel between Odessa and Lubbock as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
• Experience in orthopedics, interventional pain, neurology, imaging, personal injury, or specialty medicine is a plus
