Production Trainer 3 (Reedsville PA)
Delivers operator training on manufacturing processes equipment safety quality and work instructions while continuously expanding their own crosstraining capabilities improving training materials and partnering with production engineering quality and People Function teams to identify needs measure effectiveness and support ongoing operational excellence.
Your role:
Deliver classroom and onthejob training for new and existing production operators. Use demonstrations handson practice elearning and job aids while assessing competence through practical and written evaluations.
Gain crosstraining across multiple lines equipment and processes to ensure broad operational coverage. Maintain proficiency through refresher training and support multiple shifts as a backup trainer.
Create update and standardize SOPs work instructions checklists visuals and elearning content. Use adultlearning best practices and continuously improve materials based on feedback and training outcomes.
Ensure all training aligns with safety quality and regulatory standards such as OSHA GMP and ISO. Maintain accurate records and produce reports for audits and leadership.
Partner with supervisors and SMEs to identify skill gaps and prioritize training needs. Support onboarding rootcause analysis corrective actions competency management and succession planning.
Youre the right fit if:
You have a High School Diploma Vocational Training or equivalent; no additional certifications required however strengthened technical skills and hands-on manufacturing experience are beneficial.
Youve acquired 1 years of experience in End Item Transducer Testing is preferred and may include contributions as an individual contributor in manufacturing testing operations or quality monitoring environments.
Your skills include knowledge in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Manufacturing Principles Digital Literacy Machine Operations Quality Monitoring Recordkeeping Precision Machining and Equipment Setup (preferred).
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This is an onsite role 1st shift.

The pay range for this position in Reedsville PA is $18.10 to $28.96 plus overtime eligible.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
