Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to support a high-producing team serving the Greater Seattle area, primarily the Eastside communities of Kirkland, Bellevue, and surrounding markets.

This is a sales-focused role centered on outbound calling, lead follow-up, appointment setting, and rapid response to new lead activity. The ideal candidate has excellent English, a confident phone presence, strong conversational skills, and experience converting real estate leads into qualified appointments.

You must also be highly capable with real estate CRMs. Experience with Lofty, Brivity, or similar systems is strongly preferred, including creating campaigns, automations, and organized follow-up workflows. Familiarity with Fellow is a strong plus.

This is not an entry-level role. A minimum of 3 years of ISA, real estate cold calling, appointment setting, or lead conversion experience is required. Five or more years is preferred.

**Important:** This is a full-time role. We are only considering candidates who do not have other active jobs or freelance commitments. The selected candidate must be fully dedicated to this position and may not outsource or delegate their work.

### Responsibilities

**Lead Calling & Appointment Setting**

• Call new leads, database contacts, pond leads, and follow-up opportunities

• Conduct circle prospecting and other outbound campaigns

• Qualify buyer and seller leads and set appointments for the sales team

• Respond quickly to website activity, calls, texts, and high-intent lead behavior

• Handle objections and maintain consistent follow-up

**CRM & Database Management**

• Manage leads, notes, tasks, tags, campaigns, and statuses inside the CRM

• Create and maintain automations and lead nurture workflows

• Monitor database activity and identify contacts requiring immediate follow-up

• Keep lead records accurate, organized, and current

**Performance & Communication**

• Communicate professionally through phone, text, email, and voicemail

• Track call activity, contacts, appointments, and follow-up results

• Meet daily and weekly activity goals

• Remain coachable, consistent, and accountable to performance expectations

### Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of real estate ISA, cold calling, appointment setting, or lead conversion experience

• Five or more years of real estate ISA experience preferred

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Clear, confident, and professional phone presence

• Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills

• Advanced experience with Lofty, Brivity, or similar real estate CRMs

• Ability to build CRM campaigns, automations, and follow-up systems

• Familiarity with Fellow is a strong plus

• Highly responsive, organized, driven, and comfortable with high call volume

• Available full-time during U.S. Pacific Time business hours
