SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER, FIND YOUR PLACE AT PARK HYATT BEAVER CREEK RESORT & SPA:

Fresh off a multimillion-dollar guestroom transformation, our resort continues to redefine the guest journey through reimagined rooms and suites, elevated culinary experiences, and world-class meeting and event spaces.

WHAT IS EXEPCTED OF ME IN THIS ROLE

The Marketing Manager brings the hotel's story to life, creating inspiring and memorable brand experiences while driving visibility, guest engagement, and commercial success across all touchpoints. The role will require a strong foundation in writing, visual thinking, presentation development, executive positioning, project management, networking, and cross-team collaboration. The ideal candidate must be able to experiment, quickly pivot and apply learnings.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with local businesses, brands, and community organizations to enhance hotel guest programming and drive engagement.
  • Curate and execute hotel programming initiatives, including events, wellness experiences, and cultural activations, through collaboration with external partners and vendors.
  • Ensure implementation of brand identity in the hotel, Spa and outlets on all platforms and at all points of contact (including the hotel materials).
  • Ensure the implementation of campaigns on all levels and contact points, in order to increase the level of awareness and reputation of the hotel and the F&B outlets and Spa
  • Partner with digital, social, and content teams to ensure cohesive and compelling brand expression across all platforms
  • Develop and implement social strategy.
  • Manage paid social media budget and strategy.
  • Assist in reviewing social media content calendars and collect local area and property events.
  • Manage PR agency and internal PR messaging.
  • Manage execution of PR events and promotions.
  • Regular performance of market analysis and - observations.
  • Active and planned customer advertising aiming to maximize sales.
  • Contact person for the colleagues on site, in relation to communications- and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintenance of the hotel and restaurant website as well as all profiles on other websites where the hotel is listed (OTA's, TripAdvisor etc).
  • Contact person for external parties, such as media and interest groups.
  • Sales promotion, increasing of the average invoice amount; use of creative sales strategies.
  • Coordination of all administrative tasks in Marketing & Communications.
  • Encourage and support teamwork in the department.
  • Regular participation in company trainings and departmental meetings.
  • Reports to Director of Sales & Marketing
  • Facilitate and coordinate all media relations and press releases. Ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
The starting salary for this position is $81,500. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
