Proclinical is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to join a dynamic team in Boston, MA. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing and pipeline development, ensuring seamless candidate experience and high-quality hires.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent across scientific, technical, and business disciplines.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Experience handling multiple searches simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Sr Recruiter's responsibilities will be:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake meetings to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define search strategies, success profiles, interview plans, and timelines.
• Oversee multiple concurrent searches across various disciplines while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and hiring quality.
• Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines for scientific, engineering, and business roles based on clear search briefs.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other sourcing platforms.
