Job Description

Compensation:
Family Medicine / Internal Medicine: $300/hour
Immediate sign-on bonus (see below*)
Guaranteed minimums
Fast, same-day payments

What You'll Do:
15-minute asynchronous chart reviews
15-minute async or video patient visits
Review AI-synthesized medical histories, verify findings, prescribe as indicated
Non-controlled prescribing only

What We Handle:
Patient acquisition
Medical records retrieval
AI-assisted case preparation
All administrative work
Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage

Schedule:
Fully remote
Flexible hours
No minimum hour requirements beyond guarantee
No on-call

*Sign-On Bonus:

• IMLC Physicians: $500 base + $150 per active IMLC state license
• Example: 8 active IMLC states = $1,700
• Example: 30 active IMLC states = $5,000
• Non-IMLC Physicians: $500 flat bonus
• Paid upon credentialing completion
• Must remain active for bonus
