Worthington Tractor Parts, Inc. is looking for a truck driver with a positive attitude and great work ethic to be based out of St. Johns, Michigan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load and unload farm equipment

• Safely operate semi-truck for transport of combine and tractor parts.

• Inspect and maintain semi-truck before and after trip to ensure safety and compliance.

• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during transportation.

• Communicate effectively with customers and management

• Must be willing to represent Worthington Tractor Parts, Inc. and all sister companies in a positive light.

• Other duties as assigned….

Key Competencies:

• Understanding of DOT regulations

• Valid CDL license

• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull parts weighing up to 75 lbs.

• Ability to perform minor truck maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious and punctual.

• Willing to travel with overnight stays during the week.

• Self-motivation, good work ethic, and ability to work well with others.

• Mechanically adept.

• Positive attitude

• Clean Driving record

Credentials and Experience:

• Valid CDL license

• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience

• Logged over 300,000 miles or completed a qualified training program

• Preferred farming/agriculture equipment experience
