Description
Our client is seeking a UX Researcher to face off in the dealership space. The Researcher will be talking with the dealers, customers of the dealers, business development managers, and sales teams. The goal is to discover how our client can improve their offerings from a baking, loan standpoint. They will be doing Usability testing, analytics review, engagement of the customer, reviewing MPS scores, sorting through confusing information.

It is important this researcher can come in and make complex findings simple. Simplifying is key!
Digging in to analytics and behavior data tools.
One thing they will also be tasked with is: Updating personas and journey maps

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
