Job Description

Fierce Staffing Services is hiring energetic and reliable Brand Ambassadors (BAs) and Production Assistants to support a VIP Athlete Event for a national association in  Philadelphia, PA July 12, 2026.  MUST BE AVAILABLE All DAY TO APPLY.

As a Production, you’ll assist with event setup, on-site operations, and breakdown while ensuring an engaging and positive experience for attendees.

Production Assistant Schedule- Sunday July 12: 9:00AM- 3:00PM & 6:00PM- 2:00AM ( Must be able to work both shifts and have a vehicle)
Brand Ambassador Schedule Sunday July 12: 11:00AM- 3:00PM & 7:00PM- 2:00AM ( Must be able to work both shifts)

Event Details

• Cities: Philadelphia, PA

• Event Dates:

  • July 12th ( To be considered, must be available ALL DAY )

• Schedule Type: 1 day activations ( Full Day Split Shift Activation)

Responsibilities

• Assist with activation setup, event management, and teardown

• Greet and engage students and attendees

• Maintain a clean, organized event space

• Ensure brand standards and on-site presentation meet expectations

• Work under the direction of the Event Producer to execute event logistics

Dress Code

• All-black attire (black top and pants)

• Closed-toe, comfortable shoes

• Branded gear may be provided

Requirements

• Must be 18+ and local to Philadelphia 

• Reliable and punctual

• Comfortable working on your feet outdoors for extended hours

• Able to assist with light physical setup/breakdown

• Prior event or brand experience a plus

Compensation

• Brand Ambassador: $25
• Production Assistant: $30/hour

• No travel accommodations — local staff only
