Now Hiring: Cook – Hawaiian Airlines Lounge (Sodexo Live!)
Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL)

Pay: $20.50/hour

Schedule: Open availability required, including weekends and holidays

Bring your culinary skills to a premium airport lounge inspired by Hawaiian hospitality. Sodexo Live! is hiring experienced Cooks to prepare fresh, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

• Prepare food in accordance with applicable federal, state, and company standards to ensure high-quality service. Follow recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, and serving a variety of menu items. 
• Taste products, read menus, estimate food requirements, and monitor production to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of workstations and kitchen equipment. 
• Support buffet and lounge service during peak periods while maintaining presentation standards. 
• Stand and walk for extended periods, with the ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. 
• Perform repetitive motions and maintain mobility throughout the shift. 
• Report to work on time and maintain consistent attendance. 
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs and client requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional cooking experience required 
• Experience in high-volume or upscale environments preferred 
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety 
• Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused 

Requirements:

• Must pass TSA background check and drug screening 
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. 
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays
