You will

  • Be the subject-matter expert in composite lamination and fabrication practices on the shop floor.
  • Architect, implement, and iterate a structured, practical training curriculum for composite layup and related processes.
  • Author clear work instructions, visual standards, and hands-on practice modules.
  • Deliver consistent, repeatable training aligned with our quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production to drive training effectiveness.
  • Identify and close process gaps to enhance quality, repeatability, and efficiency.
  • Support First Article Inspection and production ramp with direct coaching and floor presence.

You bring

  • 10+ years’ practical composite lamination experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience standardizing work and designing skills-progression frameworks.
  • Expertise in materials, layup techniques, vacuum/bagging, cure, and process controls.
  • Demonstrated capability to develop and deliver well-organized training.
  • Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
  • Analytical problem solver with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Preferred: ACMA/NADCAP composites certifications and Lean credentials.
