Job Description

Good Apple Summer Internship Program

Looking to break into advertising and truly learn by doing ? At Good Apple, we prioritize meaningful experience—our interns are given a seat at the table from day one.

Our 9-week Summer Internship Program is designed to immerse you in agency life. You’ll be paired 1:1 with a dedicated mentor and integrated into the work that drives real client impact. From the start, you’ll gain hands-on experience and learn how media, data, and strategy come together to drive real business results.

We’re a team grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and unstoppable momentum. Without the layers of traditional agency bureaucracy, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute, learn, and grow alongside a group of smart, driven individuals who take pride in both the work and the environment they’ve built.

Program Overview
  • Dates: June 1 – July 31 (9 weeks)
  • Schedule: 4 days/week, in-person at our NYC office in Union Square
  • Compensation: $17/hour (paid bi-weekly)
  • Mentorship: 1:1 guidance from a dedicated team member
  • Exposure: Real client work, senior leadership access, and cross-channel learning

You’ll be placed in one primary focus area based on your interests and career goals:

  • Media Planning
  • Programmatic
  • Paid Social
  • Paid Search
  • Data Analytics

While you’ll specialize in one track, you’ll also gain exposure to the full media ecosystem—because the best strategists understand how it all connects.

What You’ll Gain

This isn’t just an internship—it’s a crash course in the advertising world.

  • Hands-on experience working on live campaigns
  • Direct exposure to clients, vendors, and senior leadership
  • Training across platforms, tools, and media strategies
  • A collaborative final project with your intern cohort
  • A deep understanding of how data, strategy, and execution come together

What You’ll Do
  • Partner closely with your mentor through daily shadowing and training
  • Sit in on (and contribute to) client and vendor calls
  • Assist with campaign setup, trafficking, and optimizations
  • Analyze performance data and help build reporting insights
  • Research new media opportunities and emerging platforms
  • Communicate with partners to ensure campaigns are pacing and delivering
  • Collaborate with fellow interns on a final presentation project

Who You Are
  • A strong communicator with both analytical and creative thinking skills
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Excited about digital media, advertising, and emerging trends
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Suite (or willing to learn quickly!)

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate program, or a recent graduate
  • Interest in digital advertising, media, or analytics is a plus—but no prior experience required
