Position 1: Elementary School Homeroom Teacher (KG-G5)
Position 2: MYP Middle School Homeroom Teacher (G6-G9)
Position 3: High School Homeroom Teacher
Salary range: 22-32K after tax (negotiable)

Responsibilities
1.Prepare and deliver lessons to diverse classes, mark work, provide feedback, and track student progress.
2.Update subject knowledge, develop curriculum materials, and prepare students for external exams.
3.Manage student behavior, undertake pastoral duties (e.g., homeroom teacher), and support students with academic/personal challenges.
4.Communicate with parents, attend meetings/training, and organize/participate in extracurricular activities.
5.Engage in continuous professional development (observations, in-service training) and collaborative lesson planning.
6.Assess student learning, contribute to school committees, supervise students, and participate in accreditation, recruitment, assemblies, and other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
1.Native English speakers from the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada;
2.Bachelor's degree or above in related field, more than 2 years of relevant teaching experience;
3.Postgraduate Degree in Education or a related teaching subject;
4.Valid teaching license recognized by home country’s Ministry of Education;
5.Familiarity with IB PYP / IPC transdisciplinary inquiry-based approaches;
6.English language teaching certifications from reputable awarding bodies;
7.IB / IPC / Cambridge related workshops for teachers;
8.Homeroom teacher experience;
9.Understanding various language assessment tools e.g. MAPS / Raz-kids /Cambridge YLE.
