Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Location: New York
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with individuals and groups.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and goals for clients.
• Use evidence-based techniques to address anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support clients' overall well-being.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Active LMHC licensure in New York.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and mental health disorders.
