Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Location: Indiana
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary

This full-time remote LMHC role gives you the opportunity to provide therapy to clients across Indiana from a private telehealth setting. You’ll work with people who are navigating everyday stress, deeper emotional challenges, and mental health concerns that affect their relationships, work, and daily life.

Your role will include getting to know each client’s situation, identifying their treatment needs, providing therapy, and adjusting care as they make progress. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule and the chance to focus on quality clinical care without the commute.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions
• Complete clinical assessments and identify treatment needs
• Create and maintain treatment plans based on each client’s goals
• Support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and life transitions
• Keep accurate and timely session notes
• Track client progress and update care plans as needed
• Follow state, federal, and professional counseling standards
• Participate in care coordination when appropriate

Requirements

• Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in Indiana
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy or counseling services
• Comfortable working with clients through telehealth
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
