Pediatrician (Multiple Openings)
Onsite | Sacramento, CA
HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting seasoned, highly skilled Pediatricians to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this outpatient pediatric care role.
This position requires a clinically strong, efficient pediatric provider who can manage a consistent patient volume while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a structured outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care across infancy through adolescence
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Deliver preventative care, wellness exams, and immunizations
- Maintain efficient patient flow while ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Conduct a limited number of telehealth visits as part of daily workflow
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and care teams
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within EMR systems
- Participate in phone-based call coverage as required
Required Qualifications (Highly Important)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Active California medical license
- Active DEA license
- Minimum 2+ years outpatient pediatric experience (no new grads considered)
- Ability to manage 3 patients per hour (20-minute visits) consistently
- Strong EMR documentation skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
- Stable and consistent employment history
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)
- Experience in community health or outpatient pediatric settings
- Familiarity with Epic EMR
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency
- Experience working in high-volume outpatient environments
- Comfort balancing in-person and telehealth pediatric care

Board-certified/eligible Pediatrician with active CA license and DEA
Minimum 2+ years outpatient pediatric experience
Proven ability to manage 3 patients per hour consistently
Experience in community health or similar outpatient environments
Strong EMR documentation skills (Epic preferred)
Comfortable with both in-person and telehealth care delivery
Stable employment history demonstrating reliability and performance

HireNow Package
- Salary: $230,000 – $300,144 base
- Location: Onsite in Sacramento, CA
- Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
