Job contents:
 Ability to work successfully with international students
 Ability to adapt teaching materials to varying levels of linguistic competence
 A good knowledge of the English language
 Commitment to the effective and efficient delivery of required teaching programmes
 Good communication skills
 Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team
 Ability to respond appropriately to difficult situations and use good judgement
 Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
 Reliable and flexible with an ability to manage time and workload to meet administrative and marking deadlines
 Ability to integrate IT into teaching"
Job requirements:
Degree: Master’s degree is preferred
Major: Majored in education related areas
Working experience:
 Oversea teaching
 Experience of working successfully with Chinese or Asia speaking learners
 Experience of working on pre-sessional or in-sessional program
 Experience of tutor role (for academic role）
 Background in an academic area/subject discipline of relevance to pre-sessional students (e.g. Management, Business, Law)"
Certificate:
 Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults (DELTA) or equivalent (i.e. MA in TEFL/TESOL)
 An EAP qualification
