We pride ourselves on creating a warm, inviting atmosphere where guests can enjoy the finest Greek dishes crafted with the freshest ingredients. We have recently been added to the Michelin Guide and have been highly rated among very well respected food critics and news outlets.

Position Overview:   We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of classic cocktails and the ability to perform in a high volume, fast paced environment with a smile and more than 3 years experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

• Proper handling of cash and credit card transactions

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

• Ensure consistent, high-quality service 

• Address guest concerns and complaints with grace and efficiency

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of classic cocktails

• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively
• Work along side management in seasonal cocktail development, inventory & staff trainings

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bartender in an equal caliber restaurant

• Understanding of Greek cuisine + Passion for cocktails

• Ability to handle high-volume high-pressure situations

• Knowledge of Micros

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• A warm, approachable demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Weekend, and morning availability required
