Job Description

We are seeking Freelance 2D Artist work to help us create final polished 2D assets for a stylized game. This is a fully remote part-time role, with the potential for a long-term working relationship if it’s a good fit. The hours for this role are flexible and we are happy to work around your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Create final rendered 2D assets from existing concept art
• Work closely with Art Director to deliver a polished final product
• Contribute to concepting when needed

Requirements

• A strong portfolio of background and prop illustration work
• Ability to closely match Art Director’s artstyle
• Portfolio includes fully rendered, polished pieces (not just sketches or concepts)
• Good understanding of lighting and color

Nice-to-Haves

• Graphic design work in your portfolio
• Experience in a game or animation studio
• Experience working in a remote environment
